Fountation as designed by the structural consultant, solid block work masonry for load bearing walls RCC roof slab with MP tiles.

GENERAL FLOORING
Fully vitrified tiles for the entire villa, except kitchen, bathroom and utility area where ceramic flooring will be provided.
PAINTING
Plastic emulsion over putty finish for internal walls. Enamel paint for wood works and grills. Exterior with weather coat cement paint.

Ceramic tiles dado up to 210 cm height (Somany or equivalent). Concealed plumbing with PVC pipes and CP fittings of Hindware or equivalent. Sanitary fixtures (Hindware or equivalent) with matching tiles. Exhaust fan points and points for Geyser in all toilets.

Front door and frame in Teak wood and door frames in hardwood with paneled shutters. Windows and ventilators in hard wood. Toilet doors in fiber.
PAINTING
Premium emulsion paint over putty finish for internal walls.Weather shield emulsion for external walls. Enamel paint for woodwork and grills.
ELECTRICITY Three phase power supply with concealed wiring in PVC conduits controlled by DB,ELCB and MCB of Havells or equivalent. Elegant modular switches of ABB or equivalent. Independent KSEB meters.
OTHER FEATURES
Independent gate for each villa and picket fencing and general compound wall surrounding entire project.
